Pao de Queijo
Servings: 24 rolls
Ingredients
- Egg - 1
- Olive Oil - 1/3 cup
- Milk - 2/3 cup
- Tapioca Flour - Scant 1.5 cups
- Grated Parmesan - Packed 1/2 cup
- Kosher Salt - 2.5 tsps
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Grease a 24-hole mini muffin tin
- Pulse all ingredients in a blender until smooth, scraping the sides of blender to mix well
- Fill the cups of the tin approximately 2/3 full
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
- Cool on a rack for a few minutes (if they don’t disappear first!)
