Ingredients
- Garlic - 2 cloves, smashed
- Shallot - 1, quartered
- Flat Leaf Parsley (Italian Parsley) - 1 large handful
- Cilantro - 1 large handful
- Mint Leaves - 1 small handful
- Red Pepper Flakes - 2 pinches
- Red Wine Vinegar - 3 TBSP
- Honey - 1 tsp
- Olive Oil - 1/3 cup
- Sea salt - 1 tsp (1 TBSP kosher salt)
Instructions
- Combine all in blender and 1/4 cup olive oil
- Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the blender
- Add the remaining oil in a stream with the motor running
- Consistency should be like thin pesto
