Buffalo Wings

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs - 2 pounds, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Flour - 1 cup
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Paprika - 1 tsp
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Frank’s RedHot - 1/2 cup
  • Butter - 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  5. Bread the chicken and arrange it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is crispy and cooked through (165°F).
  7. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  8. Add the hot sauce and whisk until it’s smooth and well combined.
  9. Toss the chicken and serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
