Ingredients
- Chicken thighs - 2 pounds, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Flour - 1 cup
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Paprika - 1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Eggs - 2 large
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Frank’s RedHot - 1/2 cup
- Butter - 1/4 cup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Bread the chicken and arrange it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is crispy and cooked through (165°F).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the hot sauce and whisk until it’s smooth and well combined.
- Toss the chicken and serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
