Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs (boneless, skinless) - 2 lbs, patted dry
  • Olive oil - 2 TBSPs
  • Kosher salt - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Onion powder - 1 tsp
  • Paprika - 1 tsp
  • Dried oregano - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the spices.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl. Drizzle with the 2 TBSPs of olive oil and toss in the spices.
  4. Arrange the chicken on the sheet pan, leaving space between each.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, ensuring the chicken reaches 165°F.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
