Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- Chicken thighs (boneless, skinless) - 2 lbs, patted dry
- Olive oil - 2 TBSPs
- Kosher salt - 1 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Onion powder - 1 tsp
- Paprika - 1 tsp
- Dried oregano - 1 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the spices.
- Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl. Drizzle with the 2 TBSPs of olive oil and toss in the spices.
- Arrange the chicken on the sheet pan, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, ensuring the chicken reaches 165°F.
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
